Your travel experience starts with a 30 minute conversation with our team where we will learn about who you are and what you love. Be prepared to answer:
Where do you want to go?
How many people are in your party?
What is your travel style?
What are your preferred travel dates?
What is your ideal budget?
Do you have any flight requirements?
What type of experiences do you enjoy?
What kind of food do you like?
Do you have any special requests?
planning FEE
Next, we'll ask you for a non-refundable planning fee to cover the time and resources to begin planning your trip itinerary.
Our typical planning fee starts at $500 depending on the trip location and length.
PLANNING STAGE
This is where we get to work! We'll leverage our relationships, coordinate with guides, plan your stops and lodging, and present you with up to two wonderful itinerary options that meet your needs and your budget.
We typically deliver your trip itinerary about 2-3 weeks after we receive your planning fee.
Once we deliver your trip options, we can make adjustments and help you hone in on the right trip for you and your travel party.
We will also present you with safety protocols, travel insurance options, as well as a payment plan.
BOOKING
Once we have submitted your travel options, we'll need your payment information to move forward and lock in your rates for airfare, hotels, and other expenditures.
Please note that pricing is not secure until booked.
We are NOT responsible for your travel documents such as passports, visas, and any other documents required by the countries you will be visiting.
DEPOSIT/BUY
Upon receiving your booking authorization, we will move forward in securing purchasing and locking in your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, pricing may change from the time we present your trip options until the time you book your trip. We will make adjustments as needed and communicate openly about any additional costs.
RAMP UP
In the weeks and months leading up to your trip, we'll stay in contact with you and keep you posted on any trip developments such as time changes or requirements by the countries you'll be visiting.
Expect packing list and a few travel gifts before your departure!
TRIP
This is where dreams are made! Off you go! We'll stay in contact with you and remain accessible 24/7 during your adventure experience.
Take lots of pictures.
Take a travel journal.
Be sure to bring back souvenirs!
AFTER
After your trip, we can't wait to hear about it! Expect a short survey where you can tell us about your trip experience. Then we will start curating your next trip!
